If this form is completed for a SAAP cat, we will contact you to discuss next steps. Returns will be accepted when a foster home is available and there may be a waiting period following the submission of a return form.

If this form is completed for a cat not adopted from SAAP, you will receive an automated response to confirm that we received the form. For non-SAAP cats, you will only be contacted if we are able to take the cat into our rescue.
