S.A.A.P is a Northern Kentucky / Greater Cincinnati non-profit rescue organization which was founded in 1998 by Marti Egger. Marti and her husband, Alex had been rescuing stray and abused animals for 9 years out of their home. They worked with other organizations and individuals to save stray and discarded animals in the Northern Kentucky / Greater Cincinnati area. Although Marti and Alex are no longer directly involved, they still keep in touch. We are very proud of what SAAP has become. In 2007 we adopted out over 1200 animals. In 2008 and 2009, we did over 800, even with the economy crisis. We are a completely volunteer organization and we rely mainly on private donations, adoption fees and volunteers. Please consider voluntering. We need people to do call backs, events, fostering, website updating, fundraisers, etc.
